When reminders don’t work, battery-saving optimization is used.
Go to the Settings section of the device.
Battery > Optimise battery usage > Apps > Speaking Alarm Clock > Battery > Optimise battery usage > Click “App not optimized” > “App not optimized” > “App not optimized” > Switch off the Speaking Alarm Clock by going to All > Speaking Alarm Clock.
